Vacation Retreat in the Poconos
Are you ready for your all season getaway? Welcome to one of the coziest houses in the Pocono Mountains. Built in 1972 and recently updated with modern touches, love & good energy! The property is located in Arrowhead Lake community, a top rated, gated community with 24/7 security, features high-end amenities including: 4 beaches, 3 pools, playgrounds, tennis & basket ball courts, fitness center, club house, and many other fun activities.

There are many things that you will love about this house. Located 5 a minutes walk away from a sandy beach, with beautiful lake views, parking, restrooms, and playground and 10 minutes walk from the Island pool, with restrooms, picnic table area, beach volleyball, tennis courts, playgrounds, parking and kayak rentals. The house offers enjoyable spaces indoor and outdoor, including a large furnished deck that is always sunny, equipped with a gas grill for family cookouts, and an outdoor gas firepit that will warm your evenings. Offering large living & dinning space, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, eatin kitchen and a game room equipped with a smart TV, a billiard table, air hockey, and ping pong table.

LIVING, DINING & LOFT
Relax
You will love relaxing in the livingroom, sitting by the fireplace on the comfy couch, ottoman or the swivel & recliner chair, while watching your favorite shows. The living and dining areas have a double height vaulted ceiling and hard wood floors. The dinning area features a 7ft long hand crafted farm table with modern metal chairs and wooden benches that can sit up to 10 people.

​The loft area has a nice working space equipped with a desk, a very comfortable chair, and a laser printer. On the other hand is a reading nook, with two futon chairs, which convert from an armchair, to a lounge chair and into a single bed to offer some extra sleeping room or a cozy place for a quick nap.
BEDROOMS, BATHROOMS & KITCHEN
Comfort, Quality & Clean
The house has 3 bedrooms. Two on the first floor, each room with a queen size bed, dresser and closets with drawers and shelfs. A 3rd bedroom is on the second floor and features 1 queen size bed and 1 twin bed.

There are 2 bathrooms, one at the first floor and one in the basement near the gameroom. Both have clean hotel quality towels, starter soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Also available on the basement level a new washer & dryer and starter detergent.

The kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs, stainlesssteal appliances, granite countertops, large refrigerator, dining sets, utensils, pots, pans, beaking sheets, electric tea kattle, a drip coffeemaker and a french press, large toaster oven, slow cooker, microwave, electric oven etc.
HOUSE AMENITIES & RECREATIONAL SPACES
Fun indoor & Outdoor
The house has an exceptional recreational space for family fun, equipped with a large game table which converts from billiard, to air hockey & ping pong. There are also lots of staple family board games including: card games, monopoly, scramble, clue and much more. There is also a couch and a large smart TV there to enjoy all your favorite movies and shows. Available fast WIFI.

Outside there is a large furnished deck that is always sunny, equipped with a gas grill for family cookouts, and an outdoor gas firepit that will warm your evenings. You can park up to 6 cars on the driveway.

For outdoor fun, there are 3 bikes,1 big and 2 small (age 5 to 12), 2 scooters, basket ball and a basket ball hoop by the drive way, tennis rackets and balls to bring with you to the tennis courts. The house is just a few minutes walk from the beach & from the Island Pool featuring pools, tennis courts, playgrounds, beach volleyball, picnic and recreational areas and spectacular views. The community also have a club house with a fitness center, and lake view lounge, and many events. Fishing is allowed in the lake as long as you have a PA fishing license (children don't need a license). The license can be obtained at local fishing stores.

A set of brochures and a guide for Pocono's attractions will be available in the house and at Arrowhead Lake Community registration office.

This is our home away from home and now that many people need a getaway out of the city to breathe fresh air and connect with nature we are opening our home to responsible adults and families for vacation rentals. Arrowhead Lake Community is a family oriented community, we have lovely neighbors many of whom live in the community full-time and thus we ask that you act respectfully and responsibly when staying at our home. No loud parties and no pets allowed.
